1. first draw a half circle(for hair).
2. then another clear one for the head.
3. then imagine a poptropicans torso, but with a flat bottom.
4. then on your left draw an L & on the right draw a backwards L then draw a curve(repeat for arms).
5. & finally for the final touches draw 2 circles for eyes & draw a "good mood" smile then repeat then connect & fill in, draw 2 lines & two upside down Us, draw ovals for feet & then You`re done!!!!!
